Strategic Planning Session

Our club used this meeting for Phase 2 of our strategic planning exercise presented by Rot. Ayse. Several club members met the previous Saturday for Phase 1 of Rot. Ayse's seminar. Rot. Ayse leaned on her extensive background in strategic planning, as well as material from Rotary International, to walk us through this very important/useful exercise. See the attachments.
