Strategic Planning Session
For this meeting Rot. Ayse went through Phase 2 of our stratigic planning exercise. A number of club members met the previous Saturday for Phase 1 of Rot. Ayse's seminar. Rot. Ayse leaned on her extensive background in strategic planning, as well as material from Rotary International to walk us through this very important/useful exercise. See the attacments below
