It was agreed to proceed with the Agenda as presented with the addition of Rot. Bob adding Youth Committe report
Acceptance of Minutes from Previous Meeting
It was agreed to accept the minutes of the previous meeting as circulated.
Breakfast Program - Schedule
Rots. Bob and Brandon will be attending May 12th instead of Rots. Dave and Alf. Rots. Louise and Alf will be May 19th and Rots. Darren and Dave May 26th.
Youth Committe
Rot. Bob reported Advertures in Citizinship students were invited to a meet and greet this past Saturday at Boston Pizza. There were 6 in attendance and the feedback was very positive. This was the first time this was done, and was great for the students to meet before going on their trip which is happening this up coming weekend.
Rot. Bob reported Ryla is also this upcoming weekend in Sussex. Club had agreed to give each of the two students $200 to help with food and gas up. The student's parents have signed a waiver agreeing to allow the students to share a hotel on the way home, as the event would be ending late on Saturday, and making the entire drive back home Saturday was not deemed safe.
Paper Chase
Rot. Scott gave a reminder of the upcoming paperchase. Club members are to meet at 9am at Rotary Park May 27th.

Rot. Scott reported he wouldn't be in attendance next week, as he is travelling to Pembroke, ON to pick up a trailer for his big adventure this summer.
Rot. Alister reported he wouln't be in attendance next week, as he is travelling to Italy.
