Committee Reports
Rot. Bob reported on the RYLA and Adventures in Citizinship trips. RYLA stated at 5 pm Friday and ended late Saturday afteroon. The two students sent by our club had a fantastic time, they would love to be considered again in the future, and were very appreciative of the extra money we sent them with.
Rot. Bob woke to a text (who we kidding, he was up sending emails) at 3 am early Saturday moring that the flight to Ottawa, the students were traveling on was concelled. After much panic, the students did get on another flight and got to the event on time. Rot. Bob and all parties involved were extremely happy everything worked out in the end.

Rot. Hoyles very proud of his wife. She made the announcement of Acadia's new nursing program. She is the masters of ceremony for CBU's graduation this upcoming weekend.
President's Remarks (Directors' Meetings, District News, Special Reports)
Discussion about the North Sydney club deciding to give up their charter. Rot. Hoyles actually opened with this discussion. A few of their members are interested in joining one of the Sydney clubs. This conversation will continue with the potential new members to our club moving forward. Rot. Hoyles contined to say that it is not out of the question that we could suffer the same fate if we don't increase membership and/or merge the two Sydney clubs.
