Football Field Sponsorship (Rotary Field)

- Gord attended a meeting yesterday

- the field managers are open to placing the Rotary wheel in the centre of the field and "Rotary" in both end zones

- will be $5,000 to cover the costs of the stencils and the paint

- for $25,000 over 5 years, the field will enter into an agreement with us

- all 4 clubs will help fund but it will be in recognition of our 100th Anniversary

- Rotary Leadership Institute training

• October 25, 2019 in Truro
• Shawn need funding from our Club in order to complete Part 3 of the training
• a motion was made to cover the costs for Shawn to complete Part 3 and for Brandon to complete Part 1. It was moved by Gord, seconded by John, and the motion was so passed.

- Directors' Meeting

• this Thursday does not work. Will get back with a new date.

- 100th Anniversary Gala

• John working very hard on this
• will be held May 30, 2020 - Mark your calendars!

• Gina was going to show a video today but we were having audio/video issues, so no video was shown
